Just a brief note that on Friday 16 November, 2007, I was visited by an excellent technician from your company called Jerry. He was with me for four hours and in that time worked solidly, not even stopping for a drink. I found him to be polite, friendly, efficient and helpful, and I was very pleased with the end result. He did a lot of work setting up a new laptop, a new router and a new printer, as well as transferring data and cleaning up my old laptop. Nothing was too much trouble and I would be very pleased to use your company again. I am so pleased that I did not buy the technician package from PC World even if it did only cost £88.00 for the year, Jerry was a much better option! Best wishes.
