Thank you very much indeed for setting up an appointment so quickly with Jerry.

I have always used your company for my technical problems which have always been resolved in an excellent manner.

Jerry has been sent to me on at least 2 appointments and has always been most courteous and professional. He immediately attends to his tasks and makes sure you are happy with the outcome.

To a technician my problems are no doubt relatively small but Jerry creates a comfortable atmosphere without any intimidation.

Yesterday, Jerry downloaded my photo's of my holiday in China which were very important to me from my new digital camera and all of this was a first for me. I had 2 memory sticks and Jerry also helped me set up my new digital photo frame which I bought in Hong Kong. This meant so much to me and this is clearly a situation of Jerry "going the extra mile".

I now wish to download the photo's on to a DVD which I did not have yesterday and also set up a slide show from my computer to my photo frame.

I would be most grateful therefore if an appointment could be arranged for a Saturday when Jerry is next working so we can set up a mutually convenient time.

Please pass on my appreciation of your services to Jerry and I send sincere Thanks to your company for providing a Top Class service which I will confidently recommend to family and friends when the opportunity arises.

Meet a technician

All our technicians undergo a comprehensive training programme to ensure their technical knowledge and customer service skills meet the high standards required by PC Service.

Andrew, has been a technician with us for 5 years and has recently been awarded our annual PC Service Consultant of the Year award for his outstanding customer service skills. One of Andrew's recent highlights was helping a 78 year old lady speak to her grandchildren in Australia.

'I set up her PC and installed a web cam so that her family could see her. When everything was ready, we made a test call. As her family also had a web cam, Shirley could see her grandchildren online and being able to communicate with them in this way, was more than she had ever dreamt of. She was absolutely overwhelmed'.

Andrew particularly enjoys finding out about new technology before it is released to the market.

'At PC Service, we get to hear about the latest software and learn how to use it before everybody else does, keeping me ahead of the game!'
