Hi there, I thought I would drop you a short email to say how delighted I was with Chris’s service yesterday. It is easy to find IT support people, but not easy to find knowledgeable ones. We always ask for him because he really does have an outstanding technical knowledge, and is always able to fix our problems. My Blackberry is now working perfectly.
